WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A LEAK DETECTION?
When Aadvanced leak detection arrives, you can expect a thorough examination of every square inch of the system. 
The lights are isolated and checked, the drain grates are removed & the drains checked, the entire skimmer/s (inside & outside) is checked, all return jets are checked, the entire surface and finish is examined, the tile is examined, all plumbing lines
are isolated and checked, as well as the pump & filter system. If, when the plumbing lines are isolated & checked, they indicate leakage, we pressurize them and use sonic equipment to pinpoint the leak. All connected water features (i.e. waterfalls, spas, etc) are also thoroughly inspected in the same fashion. We utilize several highly effective (proprietary) isolation techniques when detecting your system to insure all leaks are pinpointed.
WHAT IF REPAIRS ARE NEEDED?
We use outstanding time & performance tested materials & techniques when effecting leak repairs. From minor holes to large cracks in the finish
to underground plumbing leaks, we've made it our business to improve techniques & materials, & evolve alternative repair strategies. Our commitment to innovation helps ensure that you receive the most effective repairs available.
OUR DETECTION GUARANTEE
All leak location work is warranted for 60 days from date of completion. After completed repairs, we will re-test the system at no charge if a leak still exists if reported within the above 60 days. Leaking repairs not performed by us and alterations to the system may void guarantee. Every effort will be made (and repairs suggested) to avoid future leaks.
OUR REPAIR WARRANTY
All minor repairs (unless otherwise stated) are warranted for 2 years from the date of completion for defective workmanship. All major repairs (unless otherwise stated) are warranted for 3 years from the date of completion for defective workmanship.
